We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Our Services
Roofinguy.com provides residential and commercial roofing, gutter, siding, inspection, and related construction services in East Texas and surrounding areas. Specific scope, materials, price, and timelines are set forth in a written estimate or contract for each project.
3. Estimates & Measurements
Online measurement tools and preliminary estimates are provided for planning purposes only. Measurements generated from aerial imagery are estimates and may vary from on-site verification. Final pricing is provided only after an on-site inspection and written proposal. We reserve the right to adjust scope or pricing if conditions differ from the initial estimate.
4. Account Security
If you create an account (e.g., for the admin portal), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Restrictions on Use
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the website or tools.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
- Do not use the Services to store protected health information (HIPAA) or regulated payment data.
- Do not resell measurements, estimates, or reports generated through our tools.
6. Payment Terms
Payment schedules, deposits, and accepted payment methods are described in your individual project contract. Past-due balances may accrue interest as permitted by Texas law. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
7. Warranties
Workmanship and material warranties are described in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms. We do not warrant work performed by other contractors.
8. Intellectual Property
The website, logos, content, and tools are the property of Roofinguy.com or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of project data you submit but grant us a limited license to use it to provide Services.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website integrates third-party services such as mapping, payment processing, and analytics. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
10. AI-Generated Content
Portions of our website, tools, and marketing content may be generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence. We disclaim liability for errors in AI-generated content. You are responsible for independent verification before relying on it.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and online tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of the website is limited to $100. Liability for contracted work is governed by your individual project contract.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Gregg County, Texas.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or online tools at any time for any reason. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
